Terms of use

Sample policy: the sample market's own text, as a market that runs on Market OS publishes it. A real market's counsel reviews its own, in both languages.

Producer-only. In the farm categories you grow it, raise it, bake it or make it. Reselling is grounds for removal, and the market does farm visits.

Load-in and load-out. Load-in is 6:00 to 8:30 AM. Vehicles are off the green by 8:30 with no exceptions, because the market's insurance is written that way. Stay until 2:00 PM even if you sell out.

Prices. The price on your sign is the price the shopper pays, cash or card. No surcharge at the stand.

Stall fees. The price shown when you book is the amount charged. Your public listing turns on when your payment clears and your required documents are verified. This market asks for these documents. Every vendor: business license and certificate of insurance (COI). Meat, dairy & eggs: Georgia Department of Agriculture mobile vehicle license, for meat and poultry. Prepared food and beverages: county food service permit, issued by the county board of health. Bakery and packaged goods: Georgia Department of Agriculture Food Sales Establishment License, unless you are a Georgia cottage food operator — Georgia has issued no cottage food license since July 1, 2025, so you send no state license and may send a food-safety training certificate instead. Plants & flowers: Georgia live plant license. You can book and pay for a date only when every required document is verified and still valid on that date; until then checkout is refused for that date and names the document. If a required document is rejected or withdrawn after you have paid, your payment is held and your stall stays reserved but not published; if it is still unresolved 48 hours before the market opens, the booking is canceled and credited.

Cancellations. Cancel more than 72 hours ahead for full credit. Inside 72 hours there is no credit unless the market cancels. If the market cancels for weather, every booked vendor is credited the full fee; a mid-market early close is credited at half.

No-shows. Three no-shows in a season and you lose booking priority for the next one.

Content you publish. Offers and posts you publish through the portal are yours; you grant the market the right to display them, you warrant they are accurate, and you agree that a total price is a total price.

Canopy weights. Forty pounds per leg. No weights, no canopy. This one is not negotiable.
